Smoked Salmon - Sun-dried tomato, capers, cream cheese, lemon zest, drizzled with pesto, served with crostini.

Course 2:

Taroz Gamberi - Crushed potatoes, white beans, garlic, onions, cheese and shrimp, served with crostini.

Course 3:

Gnocchi al Formaggio - Potato gnocchi steamed in vegetable stock, pan-tossed with cream, garlic, parmesan cheese, truffle oil, topped with butternut squash and peas.

Spaghetti Pomodoro - Classic tomato, garlic, basil arrabiata sauce served with spaghetti (don't let the simplicity of this dish fool you, by the way. It's spectacular).
