Course 2:

New Orleans BBQ Shrimp - Sautéed shrimp in butter, garlic, onions, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, served with mashed potatoes and crushed corn.

Course 3:

Filet Mignon Kobayashi - Grilled grilled mignon served with kobayashi sauce, truffle mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables.

Hometown Potato Skin - Half roasted potato stuffed with bacon, shrimp, green onions, cheddar cheese, drizzled with dill sour cream.
